Free CPD Event for Key Stage 2 Teachers

Venue Long Gallery, Parliament Buildings, Stormont, Belfast
This event is aimed at teachers who wish to broaden their knowledge of how the Northern Ireland Assembly operates including how laws are made and the function of committees.
Teachers will also have the opportunity to find out more about the Eco-Schools Programme and how Northern Ireland is working towards environmental targets.
Activities will relate to Language and Literacy, The World Around Us and PDMU. All attendees will receive resources for use in the classroom. We will also share some activity ideas for use outside the classroom. These outdoor resources could be used to extend your visit with us on the grounds of Stormont Estate.
